Created in 1972, a year later discontinued due to low interest. In 2000 a book of Blythe photographed in different locations and situations, turned her to the attention of toy executives. In 2001 Blythe returns to the market as a niche product. In 2009 Alexander McQueen dresses her in his clothes and ... Blythemania begins.
